For over a decade, The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation has been committed to improving relationships between law enforcement and at-risk youth through our signature programming called Badges for Baseball, a juvenile crime prevention initiative.

The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation is launching the #TeamCopsandKids initiative to celebrate positive community policing across the country. Through the #TeamCopsandKids initiative, the Ripken Foundation aims to reinforce the power of law enforcement coming together with the communities they serve.
